I am so excited and glad that the teachers chose Lion king for Annual Day. I wish I can be Simba because this is my favourite character in the story. I love Simba because he is very brave. And he has good friends like Pumba and Timor which I also want just like Simba. I wish I can sing Hakuna Matata, Circle Of Life, I just can't wait to be king and Can You Feel the Love Tonight because I listen to it all the time and I love the tunes. My favourite part is when Rafiki puts Simba up on Pride Rock and all the animals sing Circle of Life.
I don't like Scar because he's nasty and horrible because he killed Mufasa by pushing him off the hill. He made Simba run away by telling him he had killed his Daddy. When I was a baby I was very petrified of Mufasa because he shouted at Simba. I felt very sad when I was a baby when Scar killed Mufasa. I learned from Rafiki that 'change is good' and sometimes I don’t like change but I must be flexible and brave. Then just like Simba, I can be good.

Reh is obsessed with his favourite animated movies and their characters which can be tiring at times, but there is always a silver lining. Change is hard for Reh. On many occasions when I have struggled with rigidities I have reminded him of how Rafiki told Simba "change is good". More often than not with that analogy we have been able to overcome the impasse.
